SAMIN believes in the concepts of Total Quality Management (TQM), so we have created our quality system based on TQM; as well as developing and implementing our QA/QC plan
Our quality assurance team has many responsibilities. First and foremost responsibility is to define a process for achieving and improving quality 
The quality assurance teams of SAMIN constantly work to enhance the existing quality of products and services by optimizing the existing production processes and introducing new processes
SAMIN has established and implemented its Quality Management System (QMS) according to ISO 9001 
The company is improving its system effectiveness by optimizing QMS processes through monitoring, measurement and data analysis. It also follows the quality policy principals including improvement of client satisfaction and services as well as product quality 
The company is certified according to Integrated Management System (IMS) regulations since June 2006 
Furthermore, the departments make plans and execute quality planning, monitoring and measurement of processes designed for continual improvement 
They also perform suppliers and contractors’ evaluations to meet specified requirements
The departments have stringent quality controls in planning and execution for construction, transportation, installation and commissioning processes and activities 
Finally, they plan and execute control of non conformance products and make proper corrections and take corrective and preventive actions accordingly
